How do I return an item?
Return policy
For NON-custom items:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Auto Upgrade, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The item(s) must be in a new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork. Orders returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a prompt refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. This refund will not include any shipping costs originally charged on your order. In cases of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item being sent, you will receive a full refund or exchange.
To return an item, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns require an RA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s). To get this number, please email us at returns@autoupgrade.net with your Order Number and reason for the return. Shipments without a valid RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will incur a 15% restocking fee. Auto Upgrade is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer's name, address and RA#) on or in the box.
For custom made-to-order items:
Since our custom items are made-to-order specifically for you, they are not returnable except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item being sent. Custom made-to-order items include, but are not limited to: Custom embroidered floor mats, custom cut all weather/all season mats, custom cut clear vinyl mats, etc.
