Q: Which color will match my vehicle's interior?
A: Due to the large number of colors available in the thousands of vehicles available, we
do not know which color will best match your interior. Click here to request FREE
carpet samples to assist you in your color selection. Since these mats are custom made
to order for each customer, returns and exchanges are very limited. Please click here to

Q: How large is the leather patch?
A: The leather patch measures 4" X 2.25".
Q: Where is the leather patch placed on the mats?
A: The leather patch is recessed and sewn into the lower left hand corner of the driver's
mat and the lower right hand corner of the passenger's mat. The leather patch can only
be placed on the front mats at this time.
Q: What color will the leather patch be on the mats?
A: The leather patch is available in grey, natural leather and tan color, depending on
which carpet color chosen for your mats. For specifics, see the carpet colors below for the
leather patch color:

The leather patches are only available in the three colors above, however, a different
leather patch color can be specified than the default color shown above --- Just enter the
specific color choice for the leather patch in the "Order Comments" field during
checkout.
Q: Where do I enter my choice of lettering for the patch?
A: There will be an "Order Comments" field on the final checkout screen that you should
use to enter the three letters that you would like branded into the leather patch.
Q: Can you embroider my vehicle's logo on these mats?
A: Sorry, due to the thickness of Heavyweight Mats, embroidery is not available.
Q: What is your return policy on these mats?
A: Since Heavyweight Mats are custom made-to-order for each customer, returns are very
